Biography

Lydia's love for the Lord and her passion for the lost continue to be the driving forces of her life.

At the age of six, upon giving her heart to the Lord, God called Lydia to preach the Gospel.  From the age of six to fourteen, she devoted herself to the Scriptures, prayer and serving in her local church. At the age of fourteen, Lydia began spending her summers traveling with Nancy Harmon and the Mighty Warriors.

Building on what she had learned, Lydia began speaking at various youth events.  Before long, God began opening doors for Lydia to speak at local community outreaches,  ladies' conferences and Christian television stations. She continued serving in her local church in children and youth ministries throughout her high school years.

Upon graduating from high school, the Lord led Lydia to attend Rhema Bible Training College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma where she graduated with studies specializing in theology and evangelism.  While she was there, she worked in the children's ministry at the child development center. Throughout her college years, she continued speaking at revivals and other events.  Her love for the Lord and her passion for the lost continue to be the driving forces of her life.

Once she completed her studies at Rhema, she began working at Daystar Television Network in Dallas, Texas until 2013. She also continued preaching revivals and appearing with Nancy Harmon Ministries at churches across the nation.

In 2017 Lydia founded her own non-profit organization, Lydia Brown Ministries. With a dream to touch the nations with the message of hope and restoration, Lydia can realize that vision through this corporation.

In 2019 Lydia married the love of her life, Nick Rafael. Currently, they continue to pursue God’s call upon her life by speaking at churches, prisons, Bible schools and media outreaches, such as radio and television.
